Move the metal panel aside and jump down into the basement. At the front gate you’ll find Fortune Totem #2.īack to the Sanatorium, go left of the main doors, where the secret entrance is. Once you have control enter the courtyard and go left from the fountain. Watch the cutscene closely as it will show you a secret entrance you’ll need to use if you are to find all the collectibles in the area.
